After-School Procedures 

 

E.P. Rayzor Students: students will meet the instructor at a designated place on campus at

2:55 pm each day. We will walk as a group to EABS.

 

Blanton, Adkins and Home-Schooled Students: Parents will need to make arrangements to have their child dropped off at EABS each day NO LATER THAN 3:15 pm.

 

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD IS ON TIME. Students who are perpetually late or disruptive may be dropped out of the program.  

 

Upon arrival at EABS, students will be given a European-style homemade snack and water. Class will begin after at approximately 3:30 pm and ends at 5:00 pm each day.

 

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PICK UP YOUR CHILD PROMPTLY AT 5 pm. If you are late in picking up your child, you will incur fees which must be paid THAT DAY. Repeated infractions are cause for possible expulsion. (See Class Fees and Policies for more information.)

Policies

Maximum/Minimum Enrollment

 

Space is very limited!

 

European Academy of Bright Stars can accommodate up to 8 students. Enrollment is on a first-come-first-served basis.

 

In order to start and continue the program each trimester, there must be at least 3 students enrolled. If this quota is not obtained, European Academy of Bright Stars may terminate enrollment and will refund any tuition paid.

 

If the minimum number of students is not obtained, parents may arrange for private tutoring with the instructor for a different fee on an as-available basis.
